Data we receive
When you create an account, the site stores the name, email address, password hash and account creation timestamp required for authentication. When you contact us, the site may receive the information you submit through the contact form.
Why we use it
Account data is used to authenticate users and provide the account area. Contact information is used to respond to enquiries and support requests.
Storage & security
Account records in this project are stored in a local JSON file on the server. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. The data directory is blocked from direct web access by server configuration.
No claim is made here that the deployment is compliant with every jurisdiction-specific privacy requirement. The site operator remains responsible for the final privacy notice, retention rules, processors and lawful basis applicable to the live service.
